As the Head of Performance Marketing At Aqarmap, I was responsible for:
November 2018 to December 2019 (1 year and 2 months)
- Defining marketing strategy across paid and organic channels.
- Track and evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels (email, SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, remarketing, landing pages, video, browser notification, dynamic campaigns, social, etc.)
- Determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend.
- Covering the customer life cycle in terms of campaigns to make sure to get the maximum conversion from him/her
- Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including researching, growing and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc.
- Finding the best ways and channels for advertising to get the highest optimization and best results
- Collaborating with the Technical team to set up any digital tools that help us in our activities
- Allocating the budget across different platforms and make sure to get the highest conversion with the lowest cost
- Creating reporting dashboards, using analytics tools
- Managing and spending the digital marketing budget which was a big one.
- Participating in strategic planning, managing the campaigns, assigning the tasks and following up with the marketing team.
- Interviewing, hiring, and trains marketing staff members.
- Using top online advertising platforms with different objectives like Facebook (leads generation, traffic, engagement, dynamic, retargeting, App installs, etc.), Google (search, dynamic search, remarketing, dynamic remarketing, YouTube, App installs, display, smart display, Gmail), Criteo, Vizury, RTBHouse, Native Ads, SMS, Email campaigns (Mailchimp, Sendgrid), etc.…

- Building the performance marketing team tarting from interviewing, and hiring to training
- Managing 3 teams in the marketing department
- Performance Marketing Specialist who was responsible for all managing, analyzing and optimizing all paid campaigns and make sure to get the best results with the lowest cost.
- Performance Marketing Analyst who was responsible for analyzing the performance of our campaigns, come up with new insights and recommendations to improve the performance.
- Graphic Design team who was responsible for all creatives to be used on the digital platforms with all sizes and formats.

I used to be the Marketing Manager of the company but when we decided to focus and spend more on the performance, we started building the performance marketing team and became responsible for it.
As the Marketing Manager of Aqarmap, I was responsible for:
September 2017 to November 2018 (1 year and 3 months)
- Responsible for the marketing activities of the company (online and offline)
- Along with creating the marketing strategy, KPIs and monitoring plans.
- Participating in strategic planning, managing the campaigns, assigning tasks and following up with the marketing team.
- Following up on the reporting, analytics, running online Ads, contributing to the social media management team.
- Creating proposals, action plans, budgeting and website plans.

- Building a full Marketing team starting from interviewing, and hiring to training
- Managing 5 teams in the marketing department
- Performance Marketing team who was responsible for all the paid activities starting from launching the campaigns, reporting and analyzing and optimizing to achieve our KPIs
