What I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email, message and any company or project details you choose to share. When you apply, join the talent network or request a LinkedIn review, I collect the details in the form, your consent and any CV or portfolio you provide.

Why I use it

I use contact details to respond to your enquiry. I use candidate information to review applications, offer profile feedback and contact you about relevant opportunities. CV text may be extracted to help search for relevant experience. I do not sell your information or publish your CV.

Storage and access

Candidate records and CVs are stored privately with Lovable Cloud. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. CV links are temporary. Limited, hashed email and IP identifiers are used briefly to prevent spam. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for an application.

Retention

Contact messages, candidate information and CVs are retained for up to two years from submission, unless you request deletion sooner. After that, records and uploaded CVs are removed. You can submit updated information if you want to stay in the network.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Tag Manager and analytics tools to understand visits and improve the site. These tools may set cookies. No personal form data is shared with them.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your details and CV at any time by emailing the site email below. Please identify the email address used for your submission. I may ask for enough information to confirm the request is yours before deleting data.
